Here’s a short tutorial on how to sign up to Kloodle in order to mentor students.

Navigate to the correct sign up domain

The organisation for whom you’ll be mentoring will provide you with a domain name to sign up to. For our example we’ll be using

https://farnboroughmmentors.kloodle.com

I type into my browser’s navigation bar farnboroughmentors.kloodle.com and it will take me to the correct page. The sign up screen looks like the screen below: –

Once you have found this screen, fill in the details and click “register”.

You will then be sent a confirmation email. Go to your emails and click the confirm link in the email you receive.

Once you have confirmed your email, you can now log in.

When you first log in, you will see the following screen: –

In the menu on the left hand side, click the groups icon to go to the groups. You’ll need to sign up to a group to interact with your mentee. This group will have been created for you already.

Once you have found the group, click “Join”. A join request will be sent to the owner of the group. The owner will then confirm your membership so you can interact in the group. Take this opportunity to fill out your profile!
